
Chef Brian James, born and raised in Boston, MA, will be heading the Bistro kitchen with more than twenty years of culinary experience. After graduating with a culinary degree from Newberry College in Boston, Brian went on to work at Royal Sonesta Hotel as a banquet sous chef as well as other restaurants in the Boston and Chicago areas.
Chef James and his family owned and operated Le Petit Bouchon in downtown Columbia for five years before closing for family reasons. Hemingway's Wine & Bistro is thrilled to have Chef James aboard and he is looking forward to making the Bistro one of the finest dining experiences in Missouri.
